A small gourmet paradise for the wine lovers, the Faidon Delicatessen has managed to become the ultimate spot of the southern suburbs and has achieved to introduce us to the secrets of the mystical world of wine! Its concept, reminiscent of an authentic italian deli, is based on an idea of Christos & Marios Tsiknakos, who evolved the history and the experience of the family business of Cava (cellar) Faidon, which was founded in 1978, adding their modern and fresh approach at its tradition and specialization in the wine industry. Hence, after we have passed by the cellar and have picked out the wine we desire from a selection of hundreds of labels, we move to the deli to choose amongst delicious cheese and sausage varieties from Italy, France, Spain and Greece, cut with the traditional manual cutting machine, as well as unique delicacies from chutney and sauces to jams which can be found on the shelves… of their library or even to enjoy an amazing aperitivo with a fulfilling plate or a cold dish of its renewed catalogue! Daily 09:00-23:00 (cellar), 09:00-17:00 (café), up to 01:00 (delicatessen).
