Beluga has a name that is a synonym for premium products, which set the bar high with regard to food and service in the port area. Currently, in the 3rd year of its operation, it is considered as the meeting point of food lovers of Athens, while people from the shipping, business, politics and arts sector prefer it on a daily basis.
Beluga can be proud of the high quality of food and drinks, the high-end service and its emblematic space in an ideal location (adult film cinema Fos used to be housed here).
It is characterized by art deco elements with soft lights, red touches, antiques combined with industrial elements, geometrical sculptures and an indoor balcony with the “Hotel” neon sign; they create altogether a nostalgic cabaret setting, while the glass floor, signed by renowned designer Nikos Skopelitis, “protects” and highlights the ancient findings of 435 B.C. (the foundations of the 5th galleria of Piraeus).
With its atmospheric bar in the background and the private dining corners, you can enjoy a fragrant cup of coffee from early in the morning, exceptional brunch choices (10:00-18:00) and excellent dishes of creative European cuisine with Asian influences, as well as dishes of the day by talented chef Stratos Koulelis.
Its sushi menu is also very interesting and its wine list is simply exquisite, which comprises Greek wines that accompany every dish perfectly.
The bar deserves special praise, since its wine cellar offers both rare and premium labels and its cocktails come in both classic and signature (12 of them) versions served by the specialized bartenders. You will enjoy them together with dance and party sounds that keep you company till the sun comes up!
Highlights: Don’t miss the lives every Tuesday and Thursday with -mainly- swing and jazz music, the Sunday events with Greek music from 19:00 and the after office parties every Friday from 17:00.
New entry: Few months ago, the yard was fully renovated and transformed into a more lounge and cozy space where you can enjoy your aperitivo, while on Saturdays its bar welcomes you as well!
